By installing the Evidio Chrome extension or using the Evidio website (evidio.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the extension, including free and paid plan subscribers.

Evidio is a Shopify intelligence platform made of three parts: a shared store database hosted by Evidio, a Cloud workspace on the Evidio website, and a Chrome browser extension that collects and refreshes data from your browser.

The service includes:

• Automatic detection of Shopify stores in Google search results (SERP Radar) • Store analysis: product catalogue, pricing, best-sellers, traffic estimates, advertising pixels and technology detection, published advertisements, customer reviews, social audience and publicly listed contact details • A hosted Cloud workspace for saving, organising, annotating, comparing and exporting stores, products and advertisements • A shared database of stores, products and advertising creatives, searchable within the limits of each plan • Account management on the Evidio website

Evidio analyses publicly accessible information from Shopify storefronts and other public sources. We do not access private store data, administration panels, or any information that is not publicly accessible during an ordinary browser visit.

Two categories of data must be distinguished. Your private workspace data (notes, tags, statuses, favourites, comparisons and revealed contacts) belongs to your workspace. Public observations collected from publicly accessible storefronts may enrich Evidio's shared database, where they are no longer attached to your account.

Evidio distinguishes what it measures, what it estimates and what it infers, and does not present one as another. Advertising spend figures are estimates modelled from published reach and configurable assumptions; they are never a measurement of an advertiser's actual budget. The presence of an advertising pixel indicates installed tracking technology, not a running campaign.

Evidio offers the following plans:

• Free: the Cloud workspace and the extension, with 25 analyses per month, 100 stores kept in the workspace, limited depth on analysis views and search access to the shared database. • Pro (€49/month or €490/year): the complete individual product (extension, Cloud workspace, synchronisation and the shared database), with 1,000 analyses per month, 5,000 stores kept in the workspace and full depth on every analysis view. • Lifetime Founder (€399 one-time, 1,000 seats): the same individual product as Pro, on a single payment, within its own limits: 1,000 analyses per month and 5,000 stores kept in the workspace. Availability is limited and the active offer is shown at checkout. • Agency (€149/month or €1,490/year): higher volumes on every quota (5,000 analyses per month, 25,000 stores kept in the workspace), with priority support.

Annual billing includes two months free compared with monthly billing. All displayed prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. The final tax breakdown is shown at checkout; eligible businesses may provide a valid VAT number.

Lifetime grants lifelong access to the individual Evidio product within its Lifetime limits. It does not automatically extend to capabilities whose cost recurs for O2CODE: team collaboration, client workspaces, scheduled monitoring, automations, programming interface capacity, paid third-party services, artificial-intelligence credits, or capacity beyond the plan limits. O2CODE may offer those separately, by subscription or add-on. The exact scope displayed at checkout forms part of the purchased offer.

A plan may carry an entitlement to a capability before that capability is opened. Evidio does not present such a capability as available on its plan pages, and no separate charge is made for it before it is released.

One analysis means one Shopify store analysed or refreshed. An address that is checked and turns out not to run on Shopify is not counted against the monthly allowance. Searching and reading the intelligence already held in the shared database does not consume an analysis; running or refreshing a store analysis does.

Searching the shared database is included in every plan, within the limits of each: results per search, pagination depth, available sorts and daily requests. On Free, a search requires a search term. These limits are enforced by the server and may be adjusted to protect the service.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. O2CODE does not store your credit card information.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. Yearly subscriptions renew annually. You may cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments will be retried according to Stripe's retry schedule. If payment fails after multiple attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan.

A free account is required for all plans. After purchasing a paid plan, your account is upgraded automatically: no manual activation is needed.

Device limits per plan: • Free: 1 registered device, 1 active simultaneously • Pro & Lifetime: 2 registered devices, 1 active simultaneously • Agency: 10 registered devices, 5 active simultaneously

You may manage your registered devices from your Evidio dashboard. Sharing your account credentials with others is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

You agree to use Evidio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension • Use automated tools to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions • Share, resell, or sublicense your account access • Use Evidio to harass, stalk, or harm any store owner • Scrape or redistribute data obtained through Evidio for commercial resale • Attempt to access non-public store data • Browse, extract or reproduce the shared store database in bulk, by any means

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Evidio provides estimates and analyses based on publicly available data. Traffic data, revenue estimates, and other metrics are directional indicators: not exact measurements.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. You should not make business decisions based solely on Evidio data without independent verification.

Evidio, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of O2CODE (O2C). All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your own research purposes in accordance with your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O2CODE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to O2CODE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For material changes, we will notify users via email or through the extension.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Consumers retain all mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights granted by the law applicable to them. For disputes between professionals, the courts of Marseille, France have jurisdiction unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

After first sending a written complaint to Evidio and if the response is absent or unsatisfactory, a consumer may use the following consumer mediation service free of charge:
