Open Export
Choose what to export: stores, best sellers or contacts.
Pick the format
CSV, Excel or JSON, for everything saved or just your selection.
Work anywhere
Open the file in your spreadsheet, CRM or BI tool.
Share research with people who never open Evidio.
A client or a teammate wants the list of stores you researched, with their numbers. Copying figures from a dashboard into a spreadsheet takes hours and goes out of date.
One export turns your saved stores into a file with 55 columns per store. You share it, filter it or load it into your own tools.
Questions it helps answer
- How do I get my saved stores into a spreadsheet?
- Which data leaves with each store?
- Can I export contacts for outreach?
An export is a copy of your last analyses.
The file contains what Evidio stored at each store's latest analysis, trimmed to your plan: nothing is re-read at export time. Columns can be empty when a source had no data or a scan was never run. Explorer results and comparisons are not exported as such; save the stores first.
Keep researching this part of the workflow.
Frequently asked questions
What can I export?
Your saved stores (55 columns each), their best sellers, and the contact records your workspace holds, in CSV, Excel or JSON.
Is export available on the Free plan?
Yes, one export a month, with a limited number of rows. Paid plans export without that limit.
Why are some cells empty?
Because the data was not available at the store's last analysis, a scan such as ads was never run, or your plan shows a preview of that field.
Which Evidio plan includes this feature?
The Free plan provides a useful limited result or preview. The complete feature and higher limits are available on Pro, Lifetime and Agency.
