Find the products that appear to lead a Shopify store.

Evidio reads a store's own best-selling order when it can verify it, and says so when it can only infer likely leaders.

What you can see

  • The store's best sellers, with a label that says how they were found
  • A rank when Shopify's own best-selling order is verified
  • Price range and number of variants for each product
  • Median price and price range across the best sellers
  • Reverse supplier search and a save button on each product

A ranked shortlist, labelled with how sure it is, and a way to find who makes each product.

How it works

From catalog to product signals.

  1. Open a Shopify store

Start from any storefront, or from a store saved in your workspace.

  2. Run the analysis

Evidio looks for the store's best-selling order and its own best-seller collection.

  3. Read the ranking and its label

Verified, the store's own selection, or likely: the list says which one it is.

  4. Follow a product

Save it to your products, or search for its supplier from its image.

When it helps

Know what a store sells best before you study it.

The situation

A catalog of four hundred products hides the ten that carry the store. Scrolling collections tells you what the store wants to show you, not what appears to sell.

With Evidio

The best sellers are listed for you, with the evidence behind them. You start product research from a shortlist instead of the whole catalog.

Questions it helps answer

  • Which products lead this store?
  • At what price do its strongest products sell?
  • Which product should I research first?
  • Where could I source a similar product?
Read the signal correctly

A product signal is not a guaranteed sale.

When a store exposes Shopify's best-selling order and Evidio can verify it, the rank is the store's own. When it cannot, the list shows the store's own best-seller collection or products inferred from reviews and stock signals, and it is labelled that way. None of it tells you units sold or margins.

Observed

  • Shopify's best-selling order, when the store exposes and Evidio verifies it
  • The store's own best-seller collection
  • Prices and variants from the public catalog

Estimated or inferred

  • Likely top products, when neither source exists

Frequently asked questions

How does Evidio find a store's best sellers?

It first looks for Shopify's best-selling order and checks that it is real. Otherwise it uses the collection the store labels as its best sellers. When neither exists, it infers likely top products from reviews and stock signals and labels them as likely.

How many best sellers can I see?

The Free plan shows the top of the list. Paid plans show the full list, in the extension and in your Cloud workspace.

Can I find the supplier of a best seller?

Yes. Each product has a supplier search that opens image searches and sourcing marketplaces with that product's image.

Which Evidio plan includes this feature?

The Free plan provides a useful limited result or preview. The complete feature and higher limits are available on Pro, Lifetime and Agency.
