By installing the Evidio Chrome extension or using the Evidio website (evidio.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the extension, including free and paid plan subscribers.

Evidio is a Chrome browser extension that provides competitive intelligence for Shopify e-commerce stores. The service includes:

• Automatic detection of Shopify stores on Google search results (SERP Radar) • Store analysis: product catalog, pricing, best-sellers, traffic estimates, ad pixels, and tech stack detection • Research dashboard for saving, organizing, comparing, and exporting store data • Account management via the Evidio website

Evidio analyzes publicly available information from Shopify stores. We do not access private store data, admin panels, or any information that is not publicly accessible through a standard browser visit.

Evidio offers the following plans:

• Free: Limited features, account required • Pro (€39/month or €390/year): Full feature access with 5,000 analyses/month • Lifetime (one-time payment): All Pro features with 5,000 analyses/month, no recurring fees. Limited availability. • Agency (€99/month or €990/year): Extended features for teams with 50,000 analyses/month

Yearly billing includes 2 months free compared to monthly billing.

Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current price until renewal.

Lifetime plans are limited in availability and may be offered in different editions at different price points. Once purchased, a Lifetime plan grants perpetual access to the features described at the time of purchase and all future updates.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. O2CODE does not store your credit card information.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. Yearly subscriptions renew annually. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments will be retried according to Stripe's retry schedule. If payment fails after multiple attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan.

A free account is required for all plans. After purchasing a paid plan, your account is automatically upgraded — no manual activation needed.

Device limits per plan: • Free: 1 device • Pro & Lifetime: 2 registered devices, 1 active simultaneously • Agency: Unlimited registered devices, 3 active simultaneously

You may manage your registered devices from your Evidio dashboard. Sharing your account credentials with others is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

You agree to use Evidio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension • Use automated tools to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions • Share, resell, or sublicense your account access • Use Evidio to harass, stalk, or harm any store owner • Scrape or redistribute data obtained through Evidio for commercial resale • Attempt to access non-public store data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Evidio provides estimates and analyses based on publicly available data. Traffic data, revenue estimates, and other metrics are directional indicators — not exact measurements.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. You should not make business decisions based solely on Evidio data without independent verification.

Evidio, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of O2CODE (O2C). All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your own research purposes in accordance with your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O2CODE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to O2CODE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For material changes, we will notify users via email or through the extension.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France.
