Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Pro, Lifetime, and Agency). If you are not satisfied with Evidio for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

No questions asked. We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

To request a refund, contact us through our contact form at evidio.io/contact with:

• The email address used for your purchase • The reason for your refund (optional — helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions (Pro, Agency): After the 7-day guarantee period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Lifetime plan: After the 7-day guarantee period, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable as it provides perpetual access to the service.

Upon refund processing:

• Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan • Your research data (stored locally on your device) is not affected • You retain access to Free plan features

We may refuse a refund in cases of:

• Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period • Evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds) • Violation of the Terms of Service • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first (we prefer to resolve issues directly)

As a French company, we comply with EU consumer protection regulations. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by installing and using the extension immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content has been fully delivered and agree to waive the 14-day withdrawal period.

Our 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and is not a limitation of those rights.
