Estimate what a competitor's ads cost.
Networks publish reach, never budgets. Evidio turns an ad's published reach into a spend range and a daily figure, and says how confident the estimate is.
A range, not a pretend receipt.

What you can see
- An estimated spend per ad, as a range marked with ≈
- An estimate per day the ad has run
- The reach the network published, and whether it is exact or a bracket
- A confidence level, low or medium
- Meta ads shown in the EU and TikTok ads with a published reach
You get an order of magnitude for an ad's budget, with its assumptions in plain view.
From published reach to spend range.
Open a store's ads
Estimates appear on ads whose reach the network publishes.
Evidio models the delivery
Reach times an assumed frequency gives impressions; a typical cost per thousand gives the spend.
Read the range
A low and a high figure for the ad, a figure per day, and the confidence level.
Size a competitor's ad effort without guessing.
You see a competitor's ad everywhere and wonder whether it costs them a hundred euros or ten thousand. The ad library shows the ad, never the budget.
The ad's published reach becomes a spend range with its assumptions. You know the order of magnitude, and how much weight the figure can bear.
Questions it helps answer
- Roughly how much has this ad cost?
- Is this a small test or a large campaign?
- How reliable is the estimate?
An estimate built on stated assumptions.
Spend is modelled from the reach Meta publishes for ads shown in the EU, or the reach bracket TikTok publishes, with an assumed frequency and cost per thousand impressions. Real costs vary widely by market and audience. Confidence is medium at best, there is no estimate without published reach, so none for Google ads, and there is no store-level total.
Observed
- The reach the network published for the ad
- The dates the ad ran
Estimated or inferred
- Impressions, from an assumed frequency
- Spend, from an assumed cost per thousand impressions

Frequently asked questions
How is the spend estimated?
Published reach multiplied by an assumed frequency gives impressions; impressions multiplied by a typical cost per thousand give a spend range. Meta and TikTok use different assumptions.
Why do some ads have no estimate?
An estimate needs a published reach. Meta publishes it for ads shown in the European Union, TikTok as a bracket, and Google not at all.
Can I see a store's total monthly ad spend?
No. Estimates are per ad. Adding them up would stack assumptions, and Evidio does not present that as a store budget.
Which Evidio plan includes this feature?
The Free plan provides a useful limited result or preview. The complete feature and higher limits are available on Pro, Lifetime and Agency.
