Check a Shopify store's reputation, source by source.
Evidio reads a store's rating and review count on Trustpilot, Google Shopping and supported review apps, and keeps each source separate.
Every rating, with who measured it.
Trustpilot reviews
1,236 reviews
Google reviews
US318 reviews
Google carries over some reviews published elsewhere, Trustpilot included. The two ratings therefore do not confirm each other.
Judge.me reviews
2,140 reviews
What you can see
- The Trustpilot rating and review count, with a link to the profile
- The Google Shopping rating in the United States
- Store reviews from Judge.me, Yotpo, Reviews.io and Stamped
- A rating the store publishes about itself, labelled as such
- One card per source, never averaged together
You judge a store's reputation from several sources instead of the one it chooses to show.
From review widgets to reputation.
Analyze a store
Reviews are collected with the rest of the analysis.
Evidio reads each source
Trustpilot, Google Shopping and the review app the store uses are queried separately.
Compare the sources
Each rating is shown with its volume and source, so you can weigh them.
Check a store's reputation before you trust its numbers.
A store shows 4.9 stars on its homepage. That rating may come from its own review app, Trustpilot or nowhere at all, and it says little on its own.
The analysis shows each source's rating and volume side by side. You see whether the reputation holds across sources or rests on one widget.
Questions it helps answer
- What do customers say about this store on Trustpilot?
- Does its Google rating match its own widget?
- How many reviews back its rating?
A rating is only as good as its source.
Each source measures something different, so Evidio shows ratings as published and never merges them. The Google rating is read in the United States only, and a Judge.me total can include product reviews. Loox and Okendo cannot be read; Stamped is read only once the store has been opened with the extension. A rating the store publishes about itself is labelled, since no third party checked it.
Keep researching this part of the workflow.
Frequently asked questions
Which review sources are supported?
Trustpilot, Google Shopping (United States) and the review apps Judge.me, Yotpo, Reviews.io and Stamped. A rating the store declares in its own code is shown separately, labelled as published by the store.
Why is Loox or Okendo missing?
Their store reviews cannot be read from the outside. Evidio shows the sources it can read rather than estimating the others.
Why are the sources not averaged?
Because they measure different things, and some repeat each other: Google can display Trustpilot reviews. An average would count the same opinions twice.
Which Evidio plan includes this feature?
This core feature is available on the Free plan. Paid plans add higher limits or complementary capabilities where applicable.
